Our Association is free to enter by new members, which may be any business entities, legal entities established and operating in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, have appropriate licenses and expressed their consent to fulfill the duties entrusted to them by the Association. Membership in the Association is carried out on a non-discriminatory basis.

Participants keep economic independence and rights of a legal entity in accordance with their Statutes and current legislation of Ukraine. Participation in the Association does not restrict its participants in commercial, public, and any other activities that are not prohibited by applicable law.

The decision on the admission of new members is made by the Association Council on the basis of the proposal of the Executive Director on the admission of a legal entity as the Association Members and a written application of the legal entity for admission to the Association Members, in which the written approval of the Association Statut and Association Council is confirmed.

The decision on admission to the Association Members is taken by a simple majority of votes present at the meeting of the Association Council.

• Copy of constituent documents (certified by the seal of the institution and signed by the head)

• Excerpt from the ЄДР

• Order (decision of the general meeting on the appointment of the director (certified copy)

• Passport and Director's Identification Number (certified copy)
